I’m glad you’re taking the initial steps in searching for a therapist that is a “good fit.” I have many years of experience as an individual and couples therapist assisting others navigate through challenges or simply build on inner strengths in an effort to thrive and manifest their authentic selves. I help individuals navigate through current or past challenges by utilizing a relational, collaborative, strength-based and Mindfulness approach in therapy. We can discuss what each of these approaches mean to working with your specific situation during the initial consultation. I offer affirming care to members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
