As I work with individuals, couples and families, my goal is to create an interactive, supportive, yet challenging environment focusing on how to get to the heart of the matter quickly and safely.
I specialize in a wide range of issues including -but not limited to- depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflicts and trauma.
When it comes to communication, I teach a specific set of concrete skills that can be practiced outside the office with the goal of becoming better listeners and speakers.
In addition to more traditional approaches, I include alternative modalities such as EMDR, hypnosis, mindfulness based stress reduction, energy psychology (tapping), and past life regressions (trained with Brian Weiss.) I am a graduate of the five year Post-Graduate Program at the Ackerman Institute for the Family and practice in English and Spanish fluently.
