Hi there! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapist with several years in the field, I work with Adults experiencing depression, anxiety, low self esteem, life adjustments, and more. Majority of my work has been spent centering the needs and care of Black and Brown identified individuals from underserved and marginalized communities. As a Black Therapist with a shared experience I can resonate with the frustration of not being able to show up authentically. Which is why it's important to hold space for folk to do just that. I meet clients where they are, and work through an empowerment lens. I understand the importance that connection plays in healing and growing for all of us.
