I welcome adults 25 and older looking for help with complex life transitions, high-stress circumstances, and high stress careers. If we are able, together, to gain a deep understanding of your problems in the full context of your life, our goals will be to awaken or deepen your sense of self and purpose, to increase your sense of attachment and intimacy, to grow your ability to invoke your agency, and to integrate your experience of yourself and others.
Together, we will work to create lasting change that will continue after the end of therapy, by addressing the causes, not just the symptoms, of your difficulties. I do not promise quick solutions, but I do believe that therapy should bring you some form of relief from the very beginning.
In addition to in-office sessions in CT, I welcome patients located anywhere in CT, MA, and SC for secure video sessions.
