My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, and LGBTQ+ related issues (including Gender-affirmation procedure letters). I work with teen and adult populations by providing individual, couples, family & group therapy sessions.

New Mommy Summer Circle (Virtual)
Are you anxious, scared, depressed, uncertain, excited, joyful, grateful and everything in between? If so, you aren't alone in that journey of emotions and the New Mommy Summer Circle invites you to join a VIRTUAL group of new mothers who are interested in additional supports as they navigate the joys and challenges of motherhood that no one prepares you for. Topics of interest will include postpartum mental health, the birthing experience, changes in body image, your village (support system), resources within the community, parenting styles/practices, and self-care practice/coping skills. We hope to see you there!
