I have helped clients diagnosed with ADHD, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, suicidal ideation, and more.
So often in today's world we can feel like we are being pushed along rather than being the captains of our ship. Oftentimes we search to be seen and loved, but find ourselves in other roles we never imagined encompassing. So how do we take back our selves and identities, how do we learn to love ourselves more, create more community, be authentically us? If these struggles resonate with you, therapy is a great place to start, and I would be grateful to join you on that journey.

Some things I've personally had to work through in my 20s - anxiety, major depression, sexual assault, suicidal ideation, self-harm, rock bottom self-esteem, resurfaced childhood trauma, intimate image abuse, ADHD, moving to a new city, school transfers & (many) career transitions, NYC dating, workplace sexism, & building supportive friendships as an adult.
Maybe you haven’t found a therapist who gets you. Maybe you aren’t seeing the progress you hoped for. We’ve all been there. I started my coaching business to provide young adults with a unique experience and realness you don't get with most clinical approaches: day-to-day guidance and mentorship from someone relatable who has overcome similar challenges. I specialize in helping you get unstuck and create a life you're excited about living using a process rooted in lived experience. Together, we'll set achievable goals, develop personalized coping skills, and build a support system within your real-world environment.

I primarily work with adult and teenage individuals & specialize in anxiety, ADHD, depression, substance use, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship & adjustment issues.
I believe that healing starts with a strong therapeutic relationship and focus on establishing an accepting, warm environment filled with trust and free of judgement. This foundational relationship and your courage and willingness allow for deep exploration into your inner world. As a client, you will take an active role in the therapeutic process and together, we'll awaken the autopilot that many of us default to and move towards living life more intentionally and authentically. Through compassionate and curious exploration, we will bring awareness to patterns that may be interfering with your life.

I’ve worked consistently with neurodivergent (ASD/ADHD), anxious and highly sensitive individuals since 2016 and focus on working with adults.
Have you ever felt like you're tirelessly trying to keep pace in a world that doesn't quite align with your rhythm? Do you find yourself grappling with negative self-talk, guilt and ‘should-haves’? Why do things seem effortless for others but not for you? Do you often feel that your needs aren't met? You want to feel good about life and find meaningful connections but you struggle to do so. If this resonates with you, know that you are not alone in these feelings. In a world that often misunderstands, there's a place where your experiences are fully appreciated. If you have anxiety, Autism or ADHD then this is a safe space for you.

I primarily work with adults and adolescents, dealing with life transitions, social/relationship issues, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and all different kinds of trauma.
Authenticity is the core value of my approach to therapy. I am a born and raised New Yorker who understands firsthand being skeptical of the work in therapy, especially when leaning outside of your comfort zone. If you're reading this, you may be in a place where you're ready to do just that... It may be that all of your past experiences are a weight that you carry around everywhere. The more troublesome of these experiences could create barriers to having fulfilling relationships with others and can make it hard to be with yourself.

ADHD Therapists
When should I seek treatment for ADHD?
You should seek treatment for ADHD if you consistently have difficulty with attention, hyperactivity, or impulsivity that interferes with your daily life. Symptoms of ADHD include the inability to sustain attention during tasks, difficulty organizing tasks and activities, being easily distracted, frequent fidgeting or squirming, and talking or interrupting excessively. If these symptoms interfere with your career, academics, or relationships—for example, consistently failing to complete professional projects on time—you should seek an evaluation for ADHD.
How does treatment for ADHD work?
Effective treatment for ADHD often consists of medication, behavioral therapy, and lifestyle changes. Stimulant medications such as Adderall and Ritalin work by altering levels of neurotransmitters in the brain; higher levels of dopamine and norepinephrine are known to improve attention and focus. Therapy works by helping people with ADHD understand the condition, discuss their areas of difficulty, and develop behavioral strategies to manage their symptoms. In some cases, modifying one’s diet and exercise can also help improve symptoms.
Are there specific medications for ADHD?
Medications to treat ADHD are generally stimulants, the most common are Adderall and Ritalin. There are two categories of stimulants: Amphetamines include Adderall, Dyanavel, Vyvanse, and Dexedrine, and methylphenidates include Ritalin, Concerta, Daytrana, Focalin, Quillichew, Quillivant, and Metadate. Non-stimulants and antidepressants may be used as an alternative if stimulants aren’t effective or viable for a particular patient.
How long does treatment for ADHD take?
It’s tough to give an exact time frame because everyone varies. In terms of medications, stimulants begin to work very soon after you take them, generally within the hour. It may take time to identify the right medication and dosage, but the medication itself is fast-acting. In terms of therapy, it takes time to develop skills and put them into practice, but you will likely see improvements within a few weeks or months.
