Please be aware there is a dog in my office at all times. Due to allergies/ sensory issues No perfume is allowed in my office thank you. My area of focus is ADHD. I work with ages 12+, including adults. I work to help improve executive functioning levels by finding what areas are in need of support for the individual. Helping to work on improving communication, increasing accountability while reducing shame are all areas of focus. Due to high scheduling needs, multiple inquires and being a solo practitioner, please reach out via email for fastest response. Open 11-6 Monday - Thursday and 11-5 on Fridays. Weds/Friday Telehealth
I have a long background working with ADHD and trauma. I offer psychiatric evaluations, individual therapy, ADHD coaching re: ADHD issues. Working on getting to the roots of miscommunication and misunderstandings. I have a clinical certification in ADHD services and coaching. Working more with ACT- Acceptance and commitment therapy at this time.
I want ADHD Innovations to be a place where people feel they can come and discuss what is bothering them. A place with a neutral party that can view the full picture and help end the battles on who is right or wrong, and find solutions. I will be very honest about the things that may or may not be working, even if you or your child feel they are.
