I kids, teens, and young adults learn about and understand ADHD (the first step in managing it) and how it impacts your life, and implement ways to manage symptoms and thrive. Together we can address Executive Function challenges (organization, planning, time management, setting and work toward goals, etc.), find ways to manage and work with and around your ADHD challenges, discover and utilize your strengths, find tools, techniques and strategies that work best for you. I can help kids and teens be more organized with their school work, become more self-aware, and use their strengths and interests to succeed.

I offer one-on-one virtual coaching sessions and packaged programs for children, teenagers, and adults with ADHD. I also offer email (asynchronous) and DIY options, and ready-to-use materials and resources. Topics I address include: learning about and understanding ADHD, Executive Function, finding and using strengths, self-advocacy, life skills, and more.

I like to use an educational and strengths-based approach to ADHD coaching. Activities will vary based on specific packages and client age range. I often use materials (workbooks, worksheets, etc.) that you will download, homework assignments between sessions, and other resources. First sessions include intake and getting to know you. Packaged programs follow a curriculum (that I created).
