Hello there! Are you an ADHDer who is starting life as an adult? This virtual group is perfect for ADHD women between the ages of 18 and 28. This will be a 10 week group starting on September 12th. We will cover topics like ADHD and how it affects women, managing ADHD as an adult, ADHD and emotions, relationships and many other topics. Each week we will cover a topic and process this together as a group. This is a great place to talk with a community of like minded adults who are figuring life out too. *Undiagnosed ADHDers are welcome!

This exciting group is perfect for ADHD women who may have been diagnosed later in life, suspect they have ADHD, or would like to learn more about ADHD's impact on women. This will be a 10 week group starting on October 2nd. This group includes psychoeducation as well as processing together as a group.
