I am passionate about my role as a therapist to provide support and a safe environment for processing life's challenges. I have a passion for working with first responders, as I spent some time as a first responder myself. I also hold a passion for working with survivors of trauma. I feel strongly that every person is whole and has everything they need for success when given the right circumstances. While the stress and trauma presented by life can seem overwhelming, there are many ways to move forward. My goal is to help provide hope and a foundation for each client to reach their destination.

Trauma and stress can feel impossible to overcome. It can feel lonely and exhausting. Sometimes it feels like there is no path forward and prior hopes for the future are gone. My role as a therapist is to create a space of acceptance without judgement where you can experience yourself as feeling whole. Your future is yours to achieve with no one to stop you.
