This client would want to build healthier relationships in their life, and work on obtaining a more fulfilling and happier life. Their goals would be to relieve depression, process past trauma and form healthier relationships.

My specialty is in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, I'm also a Certified Trauma Professional.
