And ultimately, "How would I like things to be different?"The answer is rarely ever found in the problem itself. So instead we will shift our focus on what is in our control and what you value most.
You will develop better coping strategies and techniques that will empower you to handle life stressors with more psychological openness, reflectiveness, and grace.
