Hey there! I am a somatic oriented psychotherapist, certified trauma professional, public speaker, and spiritual integrationist. I'm known for my warm, deeply engaged, and person-centered approach that presents clients with opportunities for clarity, growth, and connection. I strive to do this in trauma-informed and creative ways. Lots of times we know what's wrong or what we need to do but actually feeling better and getting unstuck requires something more. I offer experiential somatic and bottom-up therapies that consider the mind, body, and spirit.
I specialize in treating complex ptsd, shame, and developmental trauma. My work w/ couples includes discovering the attachment wounds disrupting their access to deeper security. We develop connected communication to strengthen and explore intimacy. I also specialize in treating clients with religious trauma and those exploring faith deconstruction.
I will always meet you where you are at and offer a safe non-judgmental space. My holistic approach is an invitation to listen and learn from your body, thoughts, emotions, and the systems at play that daily impact your well being.
