I provide a safe and supportive environment that honors and draws upon each person's strengths, resources, innate wisdom and goals. My approach is heart centered and holistic. I have over 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples and groups addressing issues related to relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, childhood abuse/trauma, grief/loss, stress, marriage, family and life transitions. I work well with those who have a true commitment to their own healing, personal growth and development. Clients typically report increased energy, clarity, confidence and connection to their authentic selves.
I have advanced training and experience with a variety of treatment modalities including: EMDR, Mindfulness/ Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, E.F.T. (Emotional Freedom Technique), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and Expressive Art to address old wounds and repattern self-limiting beliefs and behaviors that interfere with inner peace and fulfillment.
Through a collaborative, body/mind/spirit approach, I help people experience break throughs and changes in less time than more traditional talk therapies. I coordinate treatment with other health care providers as needed, and am deeply committed to my own personal and professional growth.

Groups
Honoring The Soul: A Workshop Series for Women
In a safe and supportive environment, this workshop series will assist you in identifying and clarifying your feelings, visions, resources and strengths. It is an opportunity to identify and release obstacles to personal growth, increase body awareness and the body/mind connection, improve relationship, listening and communication skills and enhance creative expression. Guided imagery/relaxation, creative art, meditation, movement, writing and conscious communication and listening exercises will facilitate the process. No prior art experience necessary. At least one meeting or interview is required prior to enrolling.
