Welcome all Turbo Thinkers! Mind Coach Nola offers individual coaching sessions and group coaching programs for adults with ADHD or ADHD like symptoms, as well as ADHD coach mentoring. We coach adults who are risk takers, movers and shakers, and supreme adventurers who also have ADHD or ADHD-like symptoms. There is no such thing as failure; there is only success and learning. Every individual has the innate talent they need to find for success.
Our mission is to empower people affected by ADHD or executive dysfunction to become more independent, confident, and resilient and can focus on their dreams. Our coaching empowers clients to manage their attention, hyperactivity (physical, mental or emotional) and impulsivity while strengthening their executive function skills.
Adela Baker, Professional Certified ADHD Coach (PCAC) is trained in Advanced Skills. She is based in New Orleans, but works with clients around the world, she is a full-time ADHD coach, full-time mom, and full-time adventurer. Adela coaches within a dynamic and nurturing group setting and will work with clients privately in one on one via zoom.
