I use a systemic approach to understand context to best support you individually, as a couple or as a family within your unique situation. Keeping a Solution-Focused mindset, I’ll help you to change your interactions with identified problems by breaking problematic patterns, establishing healthy relationships and boundaries, and learning new ways to cope with and confront life’s challenges.
Working with Life Adventures offers a unique opportunity for therapy. Aside from the traditional office setting spaces for therapy include parks and beaches. I look for ways to include creativity in counseling and promote a wholistic view of mental health. Consultations are free; I would love the opportunity to discuss how to best meet your needs.
Having graduated from the University of Florida’s Counselor Education program and worked in UF Health’s Department of Psychology, I have training and experience in a variety of areas including CBT, Crisis and Trauma, Multicultural Counseling, OCD Treatment, LGBTQ+, Professional Development, and Marriage/Couples and Family Counseling.
