My name is Adam Sola, and I am the founder of Awakened Mental Health. My practice is an inclusive and judgement-free space where we will explore your holistic wellness through a trauma informed lens, utilizing a variety of modalities. My aim is to work together with you to build a safe and trusting partnership that empowers you to achieve your fullest potential in a way that is truly sustainable. I will always work to listen and learn your unique experience and work with you at your pace to address anything you decide is worth taking time to better understand and to work on. I am certified as an EMDR specialist.

Modalities that are incorporated in my practice include EMDR, CBT, DBT, Interpersonal and Psychoanalytic perspectives. The majority of my 15 plus years of experience include the treatment for trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, and relationship challenges. Together we will find what is best for you depending on your specific needs and goals.
My goal is to learn about you, not to ‘fix’ you. I have experienced trauma, addiction, and other mental health struggles; and I know how frustrating it can feel to be judged and ‘treated’ rather than heard and understood. Know that I will do everything I can to make sure you don't feel that way. I know that change is possible in the right hands.
