These conversations are my life's work. I will partner with you to help you get unstuck from PTSD symptoms and change your relationship with problematic substances and behaviors. I’m a dual-licensed therapist who specializes in supportive counseling, teaching mindfulness, treating PTSD and addiction, and improving life satisfaction.
