I am a psychoanalyst and licensed psychologist with a practice focused on helping people live fuller, happier lives. Oftentimes, people may look fine on the outside, yet feel longstanding dissatisfaction and unhappiness on the inside. My private practice setting offers a safe, confidential, and trusting space to talk about your thoughts and feelings. This helps you to learn more about yourself and why you do and feel the things you do.
As a result, psychotherapy is not only focused on short-term symptom relief but on helping you to make substantive, lasting, positive changes in your life.
