As a therapist, my approach to counseling is relational, collaborative, and hopeful. Regardless of the challenge that you are facing, I deeply believe that you already have in you everything you need to overcome it. Nothing is missing. You have what it takes. But sometimes there are obstacles standing in the way. My role as a therapist is to help remove the obstacles so that you can access the inner strength and ability that you already possess. It takes courage to say that something isn't working or that you want more or better from your life. It's my privilege as a therapist to join people as they do just that.
I love working with individuals who are experiencing self-doubt, perfectionism, difficulties staying present or connecting in relationships, self-criticism, feelings of "only being as good as your last game", depression, anxiety, and trauma. I'm also passionate about working with couples, and am Level 1 trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
