I worked as a therapist in multiple capacities, ranging from school settings, to a mobile crisis unit, to a substance abuse clinic. I specialize in grief and bereavement therapy.
My practice, affiliated with Attune Psychotherapy, focuses on treating eating disorders, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, hoarding disorder, OCD and mood disorders, specializing in a Health at Every Size framework and emphasizing body positivity.
I work on the mindset that we all need to forgive and go easy on ourselves. I make it a point to be client centered, meeting clients where they're at in their journeys.
