I am Adam C. Philo, a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, and adults. I am a trained EMDR therapist. My areas of experience include substance abuse and dual diagnosis (CAADC), depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger management, divorce, work-related stress, play therapy, school-related issues, and trauma/post traumatic stress disorder. I have been practicing since 1999.
Since being trained in EMDR around 15 years ago, I have become passionate about helping people who are dealing with PTSD, trauma, and anxiety. I have also had many hours of training in play therapy which focuses on treating children's issues. Lastly, I am a trained addictions therapist and have many years of experience working with addiction issues.
