My therapeutic approach is mainly person centered, with strategies and concepts also taken from CBT (Cognitive behavioral) and DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy). I tailor my interventions to meet the unique needs of each client, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all solution to mental health.
