Welcome! I'm Adalis, a compassionate and dedicated counselor with a decade of experience in mental health. If you're overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling to focus with ADHD, weighed down by depression, or dealing with past trauma, I’m here to help. I work with athletes, adolescents, and adults, using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
My approach is compassionate, direct, and genuine, with a touch of humor to keep our sessions engaging. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan with practical strategies to help you regain control and achieve your goals.
