I have a strong passion to help women, non-binary and transgender individuals struggling with their bodies and relationship with food. I enjoy working with those who have experienced trauma and complex trauma, to help you find healing and to become the true authentic human you were meant to be. I can also provide a safe space to process the complicated emotions and challenges that arise from chronic illness. Additionally, I have a special interest in and enjoy working alongside those living with autism and lower support needs.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship begins with trust. I would like to work with you to find the approach that works best as you are the expert of your life. I also utilize IFS/parts work and attachment based approaches. I am HAES aligned.
Life is so hard sometimes! I would consider it an honor to partner with you to work towards healing. If you think we’d be a good fit, please reach out. Hope to hear from you soon!
