Hi there! I’m a clinical social worker licensed in New York with experience helping clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life changes, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. I’ve had the privilege to be able to work with youth, families, and older adults in a variety of different settings, including schools, a senior center, the foster care system, homeless shelters, and a psychiatric hospital.
I’m warm, empathetic, and engaging, trusting you to be the expert on yourself. My approach is client-centered and based in systems theory. I truly believe that everyone is capable of changing their narrative and feeling empowered to make the changes and growth they hope to in life.
