Therapy is a valuable and enlightening tool that enables us to access, explore, and integrate our truest, most authentic version of ourselves and process big and small life events. My therapeutic space is a judgment-free, safe, and empowering environment where, together, we will work through whatever issues you face. I work with adults experiencing a range of issues from depression to anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, identity development, difficulty with life transitions, addiction, and self-esteem issues.
I also possess a clinical interest in working with trauma survivors, as well as birthing persons and those facing reproductive struggles. My practice is rooted in psychodynamic, existential, and narrative approaches, as well as ACT, trauma-informed care, and Gestalt and mindfulness-based techniques, among others.
Advocacy at both individual and systemic levels is central to me. As a born and raised New Yorker, I have long been inspired by the creative and diverse energy of this city and those who live here, and I aim to bring a similar curious and positive approach to our work in the therapeutic space.
