My approach is to provide guidance and resources to develop effective coping skills, build resiliency and enhance distress tolerance while developing strategies for managing stress and anxiety.
As a former college athlete, I have experienced the pressure to perform and its effect on body image. I believe that through acceptance and radical compassion, we can heal from emotional wounds, leading to greater self awareness, love and fulfillment. Together, we can set realistic goals and creating actionable plans that promote sustainable growth.
My ultimate aim is to assist clients in setting, achieving, and sustaining their goals by using a combination of empathetic and validating solution-focused techniques. I aspire to help individuals build a strong foundation, embracing their own unique sense of self, and thriving in their personal and professional lives.
