I am an integrative, Mindfulness-based clinical psychologist with specialities including MBSR/MBCT, ACT and CBT. In addition, I am experienced in energy psychology using EMDR/EFT, which are evidenced-based practices known to help reduce anxiety, depression, and trauma.
