I love working with individuals and couples who feel stuck in their lives or their marriages, and need help in developing tools to help them move forward! I find it extremely rewarding to create a sacred space for my clients to come in and take those deep dives when it comes to exploring their religion, marriage/family dynamics, and their own personal narratives. It can be scary and challenging however, I truly believe that with the appropriate support, the difficult can turn into the rewarding!
I work mainly using CBT, DBT, and Psychotherapy in my sessions however I am familiar with other modalities & will use whatever is the most appropriate for each client or couple. I love to use challenges for my clients so that they have things to work on when they are not in my office and find that they help the client to stay focused on their desired goals.
