I am in awe of the function of human beings as story-tellers and meaning-makers. The meaning you make from your experience is important and valuable. I have extensive experience working with Depression & Anxiety, and grief/loss issues. I'm specialized in working with Older Adults. My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt, Psychodrama, Modern Psychoanalysis, and Group Therapy. I also have trained in mindfulness-based somatic therapies, and have earned certificates in Massage and Yoga.
