We work on improving communication, self-esteem, emotion regulation, and establishing boundaries within interpersonal relationships. This group is about empowering youth to be successful from their point of view, identifying characteristics that make your youth feel good about themselves. Group limited to 8 youth ages 14 to 19. This group is offered in Spanish and in English and is an educational group taught by anger management facilitators, it is not a therapy group. If you are required by the courts or referred by your employer to complete an anger management program, then this is the group for you. You will get a certificate of completion at the end of your course. Discount given for 52 week course.
