As your therapist, we will explore all the “things” in a compassionate space where you can fully be yourself and don't have to code-switch. I value supporting my clients in creating a welcoming environment that allows individuals to explore various aspects of themselves, relationships and culture.

Our sessions may include laughter and tears, but your story will always be honored and safe here. Together we will experience difficult emotions, and challenge unhelpful thought patterns while building skills to work toward your personal goals. You can do this hard work!
