Sometimes life can feel unmanageable, especially during this time when many people are struggling with loneliness and existential anxieties. I believe that people are doing the best they can with the information and skills they have. My goal is to support my clients as they move through these difficult periods of life. Therapy can be a powerful tool for healing and growth. As your therapist, I'll offer an open and and supportive environment to explore your thoughts, feelings, and relationships.
I offer therapy to folks seeking support in managing difficult aspects of life, processing trauma, and building self-compassion. My focus when working with relationships is to break cycles, increase vulnerability, and rebuild connection. My work integrates Narrative, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
Through self-discovery and exploration, I help clients understand and lean into their emotions, process trauma, and break free from negative cycles. My goal is to empower you to embrace all parts of yourself. Together, we can explore your inner world and discover new ways to heal and grow.
