I am passionate about helping individuals with achieving their goals through creative interventions and mindfulness-based practice. I have over 8 years of experience working in a variety of settings supporting a range of mental health needs. Currently, I focus my work with emerging adults and persons dealing with anxiety, depression, life changes, relationship stress, and trauma. I especially appreciate working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and first responders,
