I am a clinical counselor who has been working in the mental health field for over ten years. I have extensive experience working with all age ranges; however, my favorite people to work with are adolescents and teens! I am most passionate about working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, personal relationships, self-esteem, and trauma. My practice stems from a combination of cognitive behavioral and mindfulness theories. I assist clients in identifying negative beliefs and thoughts so that positive changes in behavior and emotional well-being can take place.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is essential to successful treatment and continually work to build strong rapport with my clients. I use a collaborative approach with families, schools, and physicians in order to provide the best care possible for my clients.
