In our work together, my goal is to help you make space for conflicted emotions within the safety and comfort of our therapeutic relationship. I believe that our past informs our present and also that we have the power to change our current realities, once we understand them better. We will utilize what happens in the therapy room as meaningful and rich information that provides clues to dynamics which may repeat themselves in your day-to-day life. I work primarily from a psychodynamic frame and integrate other approaches thoughtfully and intentionally as needed.
It is my goal to guide our work together without judgement, with empathy and warmth, and to always embrace a holistic lens. I specialize in working with young adults and adults who are experiencing anxiety and mood difficulties as they navigate life transitions and grapple with questions of identity.
