Hello, I am Abby, and am an experienced and empathic marriage/family therapist that provides services to individuals, couples, and families for issues including relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, parent/child difficulties, co-parenting struggles, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and PTSD.
I have a history of working as an addictions counselor along with Family Based Therapy. I use a combination of CBT, Strength Based Focus, Relational focus, and family-focused therapy styles to help with emotional regulation, developing boundaries, self-care, and overall awareness
