I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ and Neurodiverse communities. I enjoy working with adults in all phases of life, and especially with adolescents and emerging adults. I have joined clients on their therapeutic journeys processing PTSD/Trauma, emotion regulation, identity exploration, Anxiety/Depression, and learning to accommodate their ADHD/Autism. In addition, I work with the First Responder community in processing PTSD/Trauma, emotion regulation, and stress management.
I utilize an eclectic approach to working with clients that includes: client-centered, Emotion-Efficacy, Trauma-Informed, and Neurodivergent-Friendly DBT approaches. I provide telehealth services which offer more flexibility for clients while still allowing for strong therapeutic rapport to be built so that we can work together to encourage your growth!
