I am a Licensed Professional Counselor here in the state of Ohio. I received my Bachelor’s in psychology and minor in criminal justice from Cleveland State University in 2018. I completed my master’s degree from John Carroll University in 2023. I have experience with and enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and first responders (Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, and Dispatch). I have been trained in EMDR and I am also a Certified First Responder Clinician.
I have a wide background in working with anxiety disorders, depression, self-injurious behaviors, suicidal ideation, and trauma. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, person-centered techniques, trauma focused techniques in sessions. I have been trained in EMDR and currently completing additional trainings for first responders.
I strive to create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment where I am honored to walk alongside you in your journey. Together, we can work to find solutions to help life feel more manageable.
