I have experience working with Children, Adolescents and Teenagers with various diagnoses and experiences including trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I have provided therapy to adolescent and teen girls with trauma, anxiety, and depression through artistic interventions and utilizing creative outlets.
I utilize primarily Solution Focused CBT to help clients work through daily concerns and learn to identify solutions for common challenges and stressors. I believe in adapting approaches to best fit the needs of the individual I’m working with and pull from Humanistic, Narrative, and Person-Centered Theories.
I seek to provide counseling services that support client growth and healing through all of life’s challenges.
