I am an individual therapist at the Bellevue Trauma Recovery Center. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University and I am currently licensed to practice in both Washington and Texas. Throughout my career I have prioritized fostering strong therapeutic relationships built on compassion for self and others. Practicing from a trauma informed, integrative approach, I utilize collaborative and compassionate therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy.
I completed advanced training as a Perinatal Mental Health Professional by Postpartum Support International. Over the years I developed a passion for supporting women in the exploration of identity amid major life changes, including career changes, becoming a parent, intimate partner betrayal, or experiencing a loss.
I focus on supporting those who are struggling in a reproductive journey. This often includes perinatal loss, fertility challenges, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and navigating termination of a pregnancy. I am committed to supporting my clients in navigating these challenges with intention, understanding and confidence.

Women’s Betrayal Trauma Therapy Group
Virtual support group for women in Washington and Texas who are healing from betrayal or infidelity in their relationship. Facilitated by trauma informed licensed therapists, this group provides both psychoeducation and a safe place to process and connect with other women. Through group therapy you will learn practical ways to set boundaries, cope with distressing triggers, take care of your emotional needs and create safety within yourself.
