My office is in World Golf Village (across from Buc-ee's) and see clients virtually statewide. Feeling stuck and needing help? After being assessed during intake and given a personalized treatment plan, we will collaborating on working through the areas of life you are struggling in. I intentionally help my clients learn and build coping skills/tools to build self-awareness for them to have healthy relationships within themselves and with others, so they do not have to be in therapy for the rest of their life. I enjoy seeing clients learn to cope, heal from past traumas, and grow in their communication skills.
I work with a range of issues such as: anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, conflict, divorce, panic attacks, social anxiety, PTSD, abuse, relationship issues, negative self-talk, or unresolved wounds from your childhood. I integrate a variety of therapeutic orientations including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, REBT, and Solutions Focused.
I work with teenagers (12+), college students, individuals, and couples. I use SYMBIS for Pre-Marital Counseling, and the Gottman Method for Couples Counseling. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. EMDR is one of the recommended treatments for trauma, inner child work, anxiety, depression, negative self-esteem, and PTSD.
