Teenager, older adult, or somewhere in-between, I believe humans have the power within to take control of their stories and make positive, healthy choices.
I take an integrative, client-centered approach, prioritizing your personal experiences and values, and the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. Understanding your unhelpful thinking patterns, gaining awareness and management of your emotions, and becoming more mindful in your actions help to improve your quality of life and daily functioning.
I provide a space where you can safely be authentically you, with the support of a nonjudgmental therapist who sees the potential in you you may not already see in yourself. In our collaborative relationship, I will incorporate empathy, humor, patience and accountability, as I guide you in your journey towards your version of alignment.
