Are you tired of feeling alone, misunderstood and stuck? Have you been struggling with anxiety, depression, communication concerns and conflict with your loved ones? Have you been feeling disconnected and unhappy in your relationship with your partner, family members or other loved ones? Conflict can ebb and flow in all aspects of our life, but sometimes the load seems hard to bear and seemingly impossible to handle yourself. If any of these examples resonate with you then please know that there is light at the end of the tunnel, and that light starts to shine brighter with the start of your first session.
My passion is to help couples and families come back together and restore your connection, or to help with the healing process of transitioning out of a romantic relationship. I have been trained in the biopsychosocial-spritual model which I use to help me have a broad understanding of your life to help create specialized treatment goals.
I am here to be your guide and cheerleader into this change in your life to help heal your relationships and manage your own mental health. We will create goals together, and I will be a part of your support system every step of the way. One of my top goals is to help you feel safe, heard and not judged in all of our work together.
