Art Therapy Group

This teen art therapy group is a therapeutic expressive arts group focused on addressing general mental health concerns such as anxiety or depression. The group will begin on October 3rd and is a six week long, closed group with availability for up to eight participants between the ages of 13 and 17. Clients do not need to have any prior experience with art materials. Each session, a new topic and art material will be presented along with a directive. Processing of art and discussion will occur towards the end of the hour. Self pay or Insurance coverage is available.
