Hey there, I'm Abby, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I have experience helping individuals, couples, and families in therapy. I have helped clients address concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, eating and body image concerns, relational problems (communication issues, disconnection and intimacy concerns, couple conflict, parent-child strain), cultural diversity and LGBTQ+ issues, ADHD, OCD, and religious/spiritual issues. I have also provided premarital therapy to engaged and newly married couples.
