Abby takes a person-centered and strengths based approach, while incorporating methods including EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness. Abby believes that no two people are the same and ensures she adjusts her approach to best suit the needs of each individual.
