I understand everyone is unique which is why I utilize various therapeutic approaches: Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, EMDR, CBT, as well as interventions from play therapy to help meet client goals. I have experience working with anxiety, trauma, attachment, behavioral concerns, parenting stressors, life stressors, and relational concerns.
