Infidelity and Betrayal Trauma leaves us feeling hopeless, defeated, and angry. Maybe you’re someone who has always said infidelity is a “dealbreaker” but now find yourself facing this with your partner, hoping it isn’t actually the dealbreaker you’ve always known it to be. You may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, or searching for solutions after an affair that has left you feeling hopeless and out of control. But you’re ready to move forward. You’re ready to take one step forward, toward healing. Most of all, you’re ready to be on the other side of this seemingly insurmountable hill, I want to help you get there.
I specialize in working individuals and couples struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and Betrayal Trauma. Clients come to me looking for a therapist who gets the impact of Betrayal Trauma, anxiety, and depression and can help get to the root of it. Sessions with me are always at your pace, but with encouragement to reach for your goals.
I use integrative talk therapy as well as Brainspotting which offers deep, effective and lasting change. I stand beside the LGBTQ+ community and work to uplift others from hurt spaces using a trauma informed and anti-racist lens. A life where you feel content and at peace is possible.
